A hot ticket amongst well-connected Londoners, the Boodles Boxing Ball has become one of the most highly anticipated events on the London social scene. It’s a high-octane mix of glamour, grit and determination as society’s finest put on their gloves and step into the ring for this renowned charity fundraiser. With charity well and truly at its core, the occasion has raised over £3 million for charity across its eight events, £1.75 million of which has been raised for Hope and Homes for Children.

Organised by committee members James Amos, Bear Maclean, Alice Beaumont, Jez Lawson and Charlie Gilkes guests gather to cheer on some of London society’s most famous faces as they take part in a series of gruelling boxing bouts, after intensive training to get to the peak of their fitness.

Supporting wonderful causes

At its core the Boodles Boxing Ball is a charity event, and over the past eight events the occasion has raised over £3 million for a variety of different charities. Through auctions, raffles and pledges, all profits raised are donated to the night’s charity of choice. For the last two events, this was Hope and Homes for Children, one of Boodles charity partners. £1.75 million has been raised for Hope and Homes for Children, whose main aim is to stop the institutionalisation of children by making orphanages history- a truly worthwhile cause.
