Women are the engine of change and innovation. The green background represents growth and progress. When women build their skills and empower others in the community, the impact ripples through the economy, driving real innovation and shifting the system. Each of the women in their skill attire stands for decent work. The use of outline on their faces depict their identity and personality. Despite the difference in personality the goal for everyone is to make an impact in the community and create more work for others.
